    This was my first time ordering an item from India (to Colorado, USA); it took is little while to get here, but seller was great with communication along the way and tracking information for two separate big wooden-crated boxes.     Excellent communication from time the order was places. Even though a potential delay was announced, I got an information upfront and could adapt. In the end the delivery was faster than expected regardless of cross boarder shipment from India to EU. The instrument was very well and carefully packed.     Thank you BharatCultra, The electric veena arrived in perfect condition. It sounds excellent and looks beautiful. I only paid import tax once even though the veena came in two crates, so the price over all was very good. Your packaging was very impressive. Your communication was great. Thank you again.

    The product arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected! The codintion is perfect, having been wrapped very well in bubble wrap inside & outside the box with consideration to the skin also. The sound of the dholak has a beautiful note (once tuned) though the only negative was that the spanner supplied was incorrect. I definitely recommend Bharat Culture to everyone! The communication was prompt & honest & great value for money. I had doubts, but you exceeded expectations. Thank you very much!!
