  This was just as advertised and is in good working condition as far as we can tell. The reason it’s 4 stars instead of five was the shipping. The tracking says it was delivered on 8/20, however we just received it today on 9/11. It arrived well after it was supposed to and the package had a note that two dollars and change was overdue postage. It was free shipping and we didn’t pay any additional so not sure if that caused the delay, etc.

  Hello! We were very attentive to the delivery of the product, which was slightly delayed. Once it arrived, we were concerned because the box arrived damaged and slightly torn, exposing the product... (which we understand is not their fault). It was verified and the printer is in excellent condition, with absolutely nothing wrong with it. (A recommendation: put some protection on the bottom of the box.) Thank you Already working. 💪🙏
