    That's a complete lie and you know it. I offered a replacement and asked if you could ship the other one back if I included a shipping label with the other one I was going to send for free. You said you'd just rather have your money back you could not even show proof a damaged item to begin with. I don't make the rules I just follow them. I was going to ship you a replacement but you said you would just start a return instead. I'm sorry things worked out this way. This is not my intensions
