My only knock was that I ordered it on a Thursday (I believe) but didn’t ship until Tuesday the following week.   My Vermont TEDDYBEAR arrived in nicer condition than described! The bear does need some attention to his neck but it’s not as bad as I anticipated, as the seller did also mention the neck issues!
