  Item listed as brand new, new packaging, unopened. However, the item was refurbished, had signs of wear, was not in the original packaging. Says from New Jersey, it shipped from China to New Jersey. I contacted this seller, asking them to be honest with their customers, change their listing to refurbished, and allow me to return the product. I sent pictures and gave them an opportunity to resolve the issue. They insisted it was new and gaslit me. I hope they get shut down by eBay!
