  Items never tracked. Asked for refund instead of replacement. Open lost claim, seller adds tracking for 1 item sent _after_ asked for refund. No tracking 2nd item. eBay closed 1st claim telling seller to take return. Seller very rude on final day of 2nd claim, as if I was msging them. Not going to return item that isn't a return in system. No combined shipping but wants me to combine shipping on return? Was going to leave positive until refund claim expired and closed by eBay. Tit for tat games?

  usps lost package - we sent another - in between, client asked for refund after we sent replacement, we advised to send back and sent him return labels, once received we gave refund - he decided to open a case and leave this nonsense - a child stamping his feet - grow up
