  Colour of this lipstick is more copper coloured than the brown pictured, but it's great quality and highly metallic and I love metallics anyway so not too bothered by the colour difference, arrived in perfect condition, brand new as described, and good value etc, Only issue I have is that the other product I ordered along with it was not in the package with it but still says it was delivered when it wasn't, so will have to contact seller; I'm sure it's a simple mistake and can be rectified :)

  I won't be using this seller again. The item I purchased never arrived & instead of assisting, they just resent the tracking information - whilst it said 'delivered' it never was. I asked for a photo of delivery so I could try to track it down but again they just sent the 'delivered' information. The negative feedback is for poor customer service - I can't comment on the item itself as it never arrived :-(
