  Although the product sold and the description didn’t match the seller took responsibility and offered a return. I do realize mistakes can happen and what matters to me as a buyer is the responsibility the seller takes with their product and listing. There was no defect with the item shipped to me, it was just not what was described. No return or refund needed. I will keep and use the product. Great doing business with you, thank you!

  The listing and descriptions all misled one to believe it was mint condition. It was not. Package was severely aged and cracked in multiple places. I am not a inbox collector, if I had been it would have been a negative unfortunately. Any damage should have been in the post and certainly detailed in the description. I do alot of business on here wnd would not have cared. But transparency is key otherwise it is just sketchy. Item was- in box- fair condition, at best. Overall satisfied with item.

  Item would not operate out of the box called about warranty and they would not honor the warranty. You couldn't give me a NUWAVE product and I would suggest not to buy this item. The seller was excellent as I told them about the item not functioning and they promptly refunded in full. Now I have to fill up my garbage can with this junk!!!
