    I ordered this on the 30th July it arrived on 4th August, speedy delivery. It arrived in a jiffy bag, but the toothpastes were not in their boxes,so it was quite squashed in the bag. Where are the boxes that the toothpaste used to come in ?? When you pay £45 you expect it to be wrapped in a better way. Is the seller saving on postage??

    Heat pad was as described. Unfortunately it came with a two pin euro plug not three pin UK plug. Seller had no heat pads with three pin plug in stock, so seller gave me a partial refund to cover the price of a converter. In the end I got it rewired to a three pin plug, as I don't like the converters.

    I bought the set only the necklace came, tried to communicate with the seller & offer just have a partial refund or just to send out the bracelet but got nothing back for days, so initiated a refund & got accepted right away. It was as if they tried conning me into giving in & keeping only a necklace when I bought a set! Bad communication & no set received so had to send item back,in time. Was a shame because the necklace was lovely & we could have sorted something if they replied in time!
