    USPS stikes again! The item was maild in a timely manner.At the 3 week mark I contacted the seller and they took immediate action. A missing package request was initiated that same day and I was provided with the number. I have received regular updates on the progress of the search. This seller has done everything humanly possible to expedite me receiving my merchandise. A refund was offered but I really need the item. Thank you so much for your efforts to correct the post offices mistake.

    Arrived under 10 business days with no packing slip which we needed to get reimbursed from our mechanic. Thankfully he accepted a photo of our email invoice. Mechanic said that the part looks like a piece is missing from under the seal ring, but he put it on for us today anyway. We are hoping that it will stay on. This is why we gave a 2 star.
