  Poor packaging, resulting in a crushed box. First item received was not the one pictured and appeared to have a major printing defect. When the item pictured arrived, it was missing a piece (tail is gone, which is barely visible in the picture, but listed condition is "new"). Seller was willing to work with me throughout the ordeal, providing a refund even after eBay said I was on my own, hence the positive review. Extremely polite and helpful, but I would not buy from this seller again.
