This was my first time purchasing a guitar remotely. I always prefer to hold the guitar in my hands and feel it. But I placed the order for the custom LP double cut TV yellow with P90s and received a delivery date of December 24th. Apprehension and anxiety set in. Unbelievably I received it in a week!!! Awesome packaging, nothing broken, just a few minor cosmetic issues which the seller was quick to respond and resolve. The guitar looks and plays great! This seller stands behind their product.

Shortly after purchase seller contacted me asking for additional funds stating original listing price was incorrect. I informed seller of EBay terms and conditions and that the purchase is a legal binding contract and that I would receive my guitar at original purchase price. Seller than responded that guitar was "destroyed" and new one would have to be ordered. The guitar was never shipped or received. I did receive refund. Plenty of other sellers on EBay, buy from one who has more integrity.

This is the initial communication, and afterwards we agreed to send the same guitar, with the employees bearing the losses themselves. But you were unwilling to wait and wanted to initiate the case, so we were unable to reach a solution. Unfortunately, we can only offer you a refund

I informed you that I would be opening a case because we were approaching 30 days after estimated delivery date which is the last day to be covered by EBays money back guarantee. Without opening a case you could take my money, not ship a guitar and I would have no recourse of action. The case was to protect myself under EBay policy. Regardless, the case was not even opened yet. I was going out of my way to inform you what my plans were after the 30 day mark. You could have still shipped guitar.

Horrible experience. Chinese POS. Used. This Chinese seller shipped from the last unfortunate buyer in New Jersey, not from mainland China. They sold me a used beat up POS. Then they try to negotiate with me to take a partial refund. They didn't even want to pay to ship this POS back. So they refunded my money and gave this POS to me for free.
