    in the description it said Brand new, still sealed. how ever the condition was listed as like new, so can’t complain much. the condition was great though, just a little misleading. but overall would buy from seller again, shipped super fast and packaged well! reasonably priced as well

    Arrived within a week, technically “new” and as described, but…sent in the thinnest form-fitting paper envelope with zero padding / protection of any kind. The item (blu-ray set) was extremely crushed upon arrival, luckily the discs survived. For the price did not contact seller, but won’t be purchasing from again.

    I can give the seller a positive rating because after the item arrived crushed (clearly the Post Offices fault, as it was properly wrapped) they were responsive to my issues, though unable to issue a full refund. My recommendation is not to buy anything that is shipped USPS unless it is insured.
