Item shipped was super fragile, and the amazing packaging survived a crushed corner and a hurricane delay, but totally protected the item. Went out of his way to provide great communication to make certain it was what I needed, and even provided re-measurements.   Seller was excellent to work with. USPS lost the package for 10 days - after 7 days around the Holidays, he shipped out a second order and it arrived before the original order that USPS lost. This is not the seller’s fault, yet eBay dinged him for it. I got the item I requested in a timely fashion around the holidays and the seller exhibited excellent customer service. Too bad USPS cannot do the same.
