  Great response time to questions. My only observation would be to inform the customer that they'll be shipping this kit in two separate shipments to avoid questions. I received a box and my items said delivered and showed the picture with four shocks, but only two were in the box. The customer does not know that another box is on the way, so it leads to inquiry and a bit of skepticism at first. But Bold was great to work with. Items not installed yet, but the shipment end was good.

  Advertised that we were buying front and rear rotors and pads. We received fronts rotors and pads and no rears. After contacting company they said be patient there are two different packages. So, we installed fronts and waited for rears. We didn't keep our packaging for fronts, why would we? Waited a couple weeks for rears and contacted seller again. Now, there is no second delivery for rears and they want pictures of the front packaging that we discarded. Be careful with this seller!!!

  Couldn't use because they were too small. They were not the size that was in the description. I had to return them. When opening up the big box there was not enough packing to keep the brake shoes from coming out of the box they were packed in and they were being tossed around in the big box in shipping. But there was no noticeable damage. I'm not sure what they sent me. I'm guessing car brakes which were much smaller then my truck brakes. I ordered based on the size in the description.
