Fortunately the Courier checked everything was intact before handing my order to me. I am extremely concerned at the level of "Opened" Evri packages I receive. Had I noticed the seller uses Evri, I would have purchased elsewhere.

    I ordered the colour I required but was sent a completely different colour. I messaged the seller and absolutely no response, not even a holding mail to say we have received your query and will get back in x amount of days. The silence is very frustrating. The item is in good condition, but the wrong colour. The packaging was damaged though and the box was far too big for the item. Delivery was quick. Overall a good service, just need my colour or a partial refund and I'll paint it myself
