  primero tube dudas respecto a que si la herramienta la iba a recibir o no, por la razon de que el numero de rastreo me dejaba ver que la herramienta estaba fuera de ellos pero atascado en albany por casi un mes. tome accion y le escribi al vendedor y abri un caso pero para mi sorpresa 2 dias mas tyarde llego la herramienta. por tanto quiero dejar saber a los demas que no es culpa del vendedor si no del correo que no brindaba info correcta de donde se encontraba el paquete.
