Seller was very helpful and communicative. Set up a custom size for my order. Everything was packaged very effectively, and not a single piece arrived broken, which legit impressive for how delicate some of these printed parts are. The curing and cleanup of this 3D Print is absolutely perfect; there's not a single bit of evidence of the printing process on it, it's nice, smooth, and clean. Overall the print came out amazing and the seller did everything perfectly! Including pics of the dry fit.

Figure as shown and described. All parts arrived. Though one piece broke off the base in shipping it looks easy enough to glue back together. The individual parts were packaged very well in a way that they wouldn't come into contact with each other. The figure has a handful of tiny pits, tiny blobs, boots not seating fully, etc to touch up, and to be cleaned up before painting. Whoever sanded it was overzealous and removed some pattern on the leggings and rounded off the bottom of the torso

We do offer free replacements for broken or missing parts within 7 days of the package arriving if you wish to have things replaced. We have a dedicated machine set aside for replacements so that they usually do not take as long as your order does. We appreciate you letting us know.

I recently ordered a print that needed to be resized to a custom scale, and I was pleased to see that it was done perfectly. The communication with the seller was good and I received regular updates throughout the process. While the overall print quality was pretty good, I did notice that it will need a lot of clean up before assembly & painting. Overall, I think this is a good seller and one of the better 3D print sellers on eBay. I would recommend this seller!
