Finally, DHL called & said if I didn't pay the fee of $92+ within 5 days, my bag would be returned to the seller in Japan. Reluctantly, I paid. It was delivered the next day. I have NO ISSUES with the Prada bag, it's prettier than advertised, or with DHL. Read the fine print & obey! If it's bought outside the USA, customs are probably due before you get your purchase.
