Packaged carefully and item was exactly as described. Great seller. Ebay International Shipping is the WORST. The seller cannot combine shipping and taxes and duties are not always included. If you are buying Internationally, ask the seller if they can ship using USPS. It will save you money in the long run, and it allows sellers to combine shipping, if they so choose. Also, when you leave feedback stars, you are leaving them for the Seller, not the scam that is EIS.
