In terms of shipping, it wasn’t the best experience but I reached out to them and it was due to a serious issue in the seller’s life so I honestly don’t hold that against them. The iPad came really well packaged and I haven’t found anything wrong with it aside from what they described which really wasn’t anything. iPad was clean and scratch free like new. One issue came up, it had not been wiped clean. However one phone call rectified the problem online and I was able to transfer my old information to the new iPad with no issues. Packing was not the best but it arrived non the worst for ware. So all in all it was a good experience.
