I received a full refund!, for a poor description (pictures were good but, not good enough to see the glue and grime on the covers) bad packing and poor delivery. I, in no way, expected a full refund because, I said I wanted to keep the book. I would have been happy with a large partial refund. 5 ☆ all the way! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!
