    btssales15 is NOT a reliable seller. I purchased Survivor Series on DVD (Randy Orton on the cover), and I received The Best of Sheamus. I have tried to contact this seller 3 times, and there has been no response, whatsoever. This is ridiculous, and I shouldn't have to take time out of my schedule to refund it. Yeah, the label may be free, but I'm still paying for the box, the gas to the post office, and my time. Absolutely clown shoes! You've ruined my Christmas. How utterly perverted. 0 Stars.

    Yes you "tried to contact me 3 times" within a few hours, at which I was not online. I promptly apologized for my mistake and refunded the item without you having to return the wrong item that was sent. You also threatened to go on social media to defame me and then try to bully me into sending you a free item. Not cool over a $5 DVD.
