  I purchased a toaster listed as being in “perfect working condition with no issues.” Unfortunately, the item arrived defective and does not work at all. I messaged the seller multiple times to resolve the issue, but they have completely ignored me. Extremely disappointed in the false description and lack of communication. This was a waste of time and money. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Avoid this seller unless you like broken appliances and being ghosted.
