Hello. Dear customer, your order was shipped via UPS, we paid the shipping costs immediately, when your package was dispatched. Regarding customs duties, when sending your order, the lowest possible cost of enclosing the parcel was indicated, but for your country it is still exceeds the customs limit. Due to this, you had to pay duties. Also, you paid for brokerage services, not delivery. Regards
