The item was supposedly shipped, I never had a tracking number to begin with, and after a few weeks of waiting I contacted them. I got my refund to shorten the story. It was a neutral situation. The only negative feeling I can say is I was disappointed due to waiting so long, and I could have bought it somewhere else already.
