David sent the stereo immediately after purchase and refunded my money immediately after I determined (I'm a two way communications guy in real life) the CD player was faulty (very common problem with Bose models for 350Zs). To David's credit, he did say the stereo had not been tested, so I went into the purchase knowing I could be getting a faulty product.
