  USPS delivered to wrong address combined with wrong recipient writing return to sender on package as opposed to "delivered to wrong address" caused a problem with delay and need to reorder, I cannot blame seller for this, and they were prompt in communication response and end result was all good.

  Seller initially sent a part with a manufacturer's flaw, or was damaged in storage. I immediately sent a letter of disapproval, and the seller happily sent a replacement that fully met all qualifications. Excellent customer service all around, even if their inventory specialists need improvement.

  1. The item does NOT fit my vehicle although the listing said it fits. 2. For a $20 shipping fee and about 10 g weight, shipping took 18 days 3. The price structure makes returning impossible, they agree to refund $19.99 but will charge me DHL returning shipping of $17.93. They know this at the beginning, so I have to conclude the seller is a scammer, and you are impossible to return. 4. I ordered similar parts from Aliexpress. The total charge including shipping was $9.99, arrived in 7 days

Your international order was placed through Ebay using Ebay's less expensive INTERNATIONAL shipping fee. We DIDN'T EVEN ship it!
