  Very happy eith my purchase. Item arrived in great condition dition as described with no damage from shipping. It was very well packaged. I had issues with another seller on here for the same part for how they packaged the item and was damaged in transit. Great communication from the seller as well.   This was a great item, as described, at a great price. The packaging could have simply been a poly bag for this item, but they packaged it in a ton of plastic wrap and kraft paper, and put it in a box. The packaging alone probably ate up their profits, but it arrived safely and better than expected! Awesome seller. Thanks again!

  I just installed these roof racks on my Yukon. They were exactly as described, OEM. Used, but in terrific shape. The price was very good, as was the communication with the seller. I can see why they are so successful! They came well-packed in a large box with padding. They know what they are doing when it comes to shipping auto parts!

  Shipped well packaged, very good price and great contact with the seller. Item was shipped (as per my mechanic description) with the “pin” removed so it could collapse as low as possible for shipping. He had some issues/ fun figuring out why the steps would go up and down till he figured the problem and used the old pin from the old ones. A note explaining the pin was disabled would have been helpful. My mechanic never replaced side steps before. Excellent experience otherwise!!!!
