It was not clear that the seller is very far away, the arrival date was far too optimistic, it took two whole months to arrive, with no communication by the seller. At least it did arrive, this tea is rare to find in Europe. The packaging was a bit crushed but the product is fully usable.

The plant arrived completely dead a month after purchase date, wrapped in plastic with fungus growing on the dead leaves. I promptly contacted the seller and eBay with a picture of what it looked like and requested a refund. No refund yet. Positive ratings on the page are misleading. Here is the fine print on their page - `You can only rate the details that apply to this transaction. The seller received automatic 5-star ratings for other aspects of this transaction.` I would give a 0 stars.
