    Shipped item in a timely manner, when it was recieved it was packaged well. It arrived with the wrong AC power adapter and I was a little upset that I had to further wait for an adapter but seller really went above and beyond and really made it right!! Highly recommended seller. For an eBay store who sells so many items they still help the customer and actually message back unlike other mass item sellers. Thank You Again!!!!!

    Disclaimer, I did not receive the product shown and listed. However... I did receive a very close model, with almost no differences. The condition was as listed (open box unused) it was packaged in a original Un damaged packaging. Shipping was on time. And even though the model was a slight step down, I still got a great deal and I am very pleased with my purchase. I would consider ordering again from this seller with assurances I was actually getting what I ordered.

    Shipping was fairly quick, Item was packaged well, description of item said 3.8ghz processor speed and is actually only 2.6ghz, also item shows a cd drive but does not come with one. Over all the computer is in very good shape and at a great price. Would consider purchasing from again, however would ask more questions first.

    Seller accidentally shipped a 6th gen instead of a 7th gen HP mini Desktop. I noticed the mix up a day after delivery, I messaged the seller and within hours they had another on its way with a return label for the wrong item.
