  Hands down best customer care/service! I thought I was ordering a perfect condition book but it was listed as like new. They were willing to work out a appropriate and very reasonable compensation for the issue.   The item arrived today as described. I appreciate the packaging to help secure the Apple TV during transport. The item arrived late but it wasn’t the seller’s fault.I’m going to get a lot of enjoyment out of this. I would definitely buy from this seller again.A+

  BEWARE, STAY AWAY!! One of the worst sellers out there. Sent me a single issue in less than poor condition and unbelievably blamed me for not "interpreting" his title and description. Words like "7 issues total", "high grade", "mixed lot" and "good condition" apparently mean nothing to this intentionally dishonest seller. Refuses to take ANY responsibility for their listing and description and offered no solutions other than to take it up with ebay. Should be banned from this site!

The title and description clearly stated “7 issues total” as part of a lot, and I regret any confusion if expectations were not aligned. We did attempt to communicate and offer a solution, but unfortunately, we couldn’t come to an agreement.   completely disingenuous follow up. these people called me an "ignorant potato" a "small child" and "vile" and tried to extort positive feedback for a partial refund. extremely rude people and probably the worst buying experience and customer support i have had on ebay.

  Refused to comply with Ebay. Titled as "New" & in description as "New". Used in the product line is fine, used items are used. But seller did not mention the entire breach was missing & broken. Priming doesn't open the hatch due to the broken plastic. Forcing darts in the back post doesn't shoot them properly. Seller reply: "You purchased a used toy that’s what the order is. Thank you. Have a great day" Ebay Buyer Back Guarantee will force seller to pay back the item+shipping. Avoidable.

  Unfortunately we cannot control what you can/cannot read in the description of the item sold, We always encourage "buying with confidence " policy. Upon coming to an end result You also forgot to mention how giving a full refund you would be walking out completely satisfied. Not cool :/
