  the posting was very quick which was good. it was nicely packaged supporting the product inside of the parcel. the product was just as they said it was, perfect condition amazing quality and value. no issues amazing communication skills from the sender when an issue was raised as they handled it perfectly. this company is so great 10/10 i would 10000% recommend buying a camera from here if interested as prices are also very reasonable.

  8x21 helios binocs sent instead of 10x25. Seller gave fast, open and honest response - error in listing. Binocs sent were good quality, clean, fully working, sent quickly and well packaged. I *offered* to keep these at the paid price and have the 10x25 at plus the same price again if possible, but listing error and no 10x25 available. Seller offered discount which I accepted. Simple mistakes happen - how they are addressed is everything. 5* seller and quality goods. Happily buy here again.

  As described and priced reasonably . Not well packed. Box was crushed but camera seems to be ok. Was shipped quickly but delay by Royal Mail I assume because of the crushed box. When it finally arrived was in a Royal Mail see through plastic bag with a zip tie to stop the camera falling out of the box.

  Sorry for late review, I was abroad when my camera was delivered but it arrived promptly, and customer service was amazing when I’d accidentally put the wrong address down for delivery! Camera came exactly as described and was well packaged too. I’m new to film photography and wanted a good starter camera that didn’t cost too much and this was perfect. Overall, a very positive experience and will most likely shop here again if my new hobby flourishes
