  I was sent the wrong size pillow but the seller did let me know he had mistakenly labeled it. I just didn't see the email before he sent it to me. He immediately sent me a free return label but I had already opened the vacuum packed pillow and knew they wouldn't be able to sell it again, so I decided to keep it.   Excellent transaction with exact description, great price and very good shipping, however there was a defect in the item which the seller could not have known about without opening the item and trying to install a phone.
