Always compare the needle you are purchasing to your old needle to be sure the parts match. Many times cartridges are changed by dealers or users, and then the original needle used no longer fits the model with the replaced cartridge. Diamond needles last four times longer than sapphire needles. All Chinese needles are sapphire tips. It is not cheaper to buy Chinese needles:

Diamond LP.....800 to 1000 hours play Diamond Stereo...400 to 600 hours play
