Have previously bought two bedding sets from them with no problems. But this set was never even dispatched! Messaged the seller but got no reply at all. Waited nearly 3 weeks for the delivery. Ebay stepped in & issued a full refund. After reading the reviews it looks like this is a regular occurrence. If they're short of staff & can't cope with the demand then employ more people! Such a shame though because their bedding is really good quality. Not replying to messages is inconsiderate.

Do not buy from this seller i ordered double duvet cover set delivery promised by 14th February nothing i sent numerous messages No Replies not even an acknowledgement i read all reviews where customers said got a replacement when it never arrived well they was lucky I got nothing i pleaded and begged yes I did nothing not even an apology thank God for ebay they saved me they refunded me still no apology from these sellers please be aware avoid like the plague jill money

I ordered two pairs of curtains which never arrived. Seller failed to respond to my requests for an update on my order on three occasions. When Ebay stepped in the seller still failed to respond. In the end a refund was obtained via Ebay. I have absolutely nothing good to say about this seller- the lack of communication is appalling .
