    Purchase this item mainly because it was free of shipping charges. Several days after the item appears as shipped. I ask the seller for the tracking number. It tells me that it will be arriving soon. After a few more days, the seller contacts me to pay him additional shipping costs. He wants me to pay him about $70.00 more than the price that had already been paid when placing the order so that I can cover the shipping costs. This violates federal advertising sales laws and rules.
