  Beware of misleading listings and unreasonable return policies! We purchased a "Crankshaft Standard From 2013 Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0" for $350, expecting it to fit our 2021 Tiguan. The item was much smaller and didn't match the description. When we initiated a return, the seller demanded a 35% restocking fee and required us to pay for shipping, despite their misleading listing.   We contacted the buyer after they requested a return to try and figure out what thier application was...the customer never contacted us before the purchase to verify that a crankshaft for a 2013 would fit a vehicle 8 years newer.. they never responded to our message.. so the return was automatically shut down by eBay.. the listing was correct and accurate and item that was shipped was as described..
