We are a family-owned business with our customers in the fore front. We are very honest and loyal to all our customers, and we do make every effort to make sure the products are as listed. We've been in business since 2007, started with a brick-and-mortar store, but found that a physical location was very costly, and we gradually moved to e-Commerce/on-line sales in 2016.

    Great Printer from a Great Family Store. Item came exactly as described. I’ve been printing nonstop. I practically got a new printer for half the price. Will definitely buy again in the future. I had questions before purchasing and they responded quickly. It printed perfectly the very first night. I made one slight adjustment to the bed level gizmo in the back with my Allen Wrench.
