We are Tyson and Cassidy Troutman and we are located in Central Pennsylvania. We are both in our mid 20's and we have been married for 2 years now! We have 4 beautiful dogs that like to help us along the way when picking and sorting your orders. In our free time we like to hangout with our dogs, and make sure our storage is up to date.

We use recycled boxes, and packing material and try to reuse what we can. We take pride in making sure we are up to date and have everything organized. Inventory Numbers will be placed on filters, parts, or anything we sell to ensure we have record of what we are selling to the public. And to ensure the integrity of the filters we sellnwe will be sealing or placing them in boxes that are not factory, if needed, to ensure they live up to their standards.

After purchase I was contacted by seller and was told it was priced incorrectly and they didn't think they could ship it for that price. So, I ask what did they have in mind and they said they would be satisfied at $50 instead of the list price of $15. We both agreed and I was sent shipping information with tracking but it never moved and I never received the filter. It's unfortunate you can't handle "neutral" feedback and the positive comments I made regardless of the situation. After the "feedback extortion" comment, I don't think I can recommend you for business.
