It was also very well packaged! It has performed flawlessly from its very first startup. The quality exceeded my expectations.   Drives were well packed and shipped promptly. The drives are just what I needed to add into my new vdev. After some testing, I have questions about the stated hours on the drives, but they are in great condition and I am very satisfied with the purchase I made. I spoke to the seller about the hours issue and after a couple replies, they offered me a small refund to make up for the difference in cost of the drives. I am very happy with the prompt and positive replies and I highly recommend them.

  The item was well packed and even included a thank you card. Still testing out the drive and it is working as advertised so far. The seller was very helpful in providing information in about the drive and very informative of other information dealing with computers and the differnt types of media out there today media in general.   I bought a old computer off these guys. It was advertised with ram but it must've been forgotten to be shipped. They shipped me some ram to make up for it. Awesome service. Also really well packed and came in good shape.
