  Shipping was very quick. The frame arrived broken (despite being bubble wrapped and settled into packing peanuts), which was unfortunate because it was meant to be a birthday gift; however, after reaching out to the seller, they promptly mailed me a replacement frame and were kind enough to overnight it to ensure that I was able to give the photograph to my bestfriend in time for her birthday. Communication was great, the item itself was gorgeous and exactly as it appeared in the photos.

I had a order on Thursday and I had a shipping window from the 19-23 and I thought I ordered the wrong item so I messaged the seller right away and they responded fix that and I told them it was a anniversary gift I could really use it on the 19th they helped me get quicker shipping it got here today package great item amazing I will use them again
