Excellent seller. Dresser arrived in good condition, but with a few marks, just as the seller described. It is also so much more solid and heavier than seller said. Shipping took a while, but the dresser is for a guest room so shipping times were of no concern, and they were still in line with the seller's estimate. Overall the seller was good and the dresser is wonderful.

Waited almost 3 weeks to get my item, and the item that arrives is something completely different, not even close to what I ordered. He wrote back so casual, and this was supposed to be a gift for a friend tomorrow. He asked to see photos, although photos were already sent to him, and he says "hey when you are sending out multiple shipments in one day, it's bound to happen" That was his response. If you can't handle your business then you shouldn't be running one.

bought while I was on vacation reason for delay. Labels were mixed up on packages. No photo sent. Casual response was let me track down who got yours and get the packages to the correct people. He never gave me a chance to fix. Went right to return and demanding refund ASAP. NO refund until I receive the package sent to you in error. Thats eBays policy. In business for 100 years! Returns and mixups happen. If not, why have a return policy? Couldve been an easy fix but he didnt want that at all
