Letters will be folded on original mail folds and shipped in a standard envelope. This is done in this manner to save you from paying the cost to post with stiffener and tracker of $3.75 or more. A couple yrs ago I polled my shoppers with this idea and they said for lower priced paper goods they would buy more with Cheaper shipping to the USA.
