Hi,Regarding this order, I contacted you on October 30th to see if you could call your local post office to verify the status of the package, but you did not attempt to do so, and there was no subsequent response. You opened a non-receipt dispute on November 8th, and I have given you a full refund first thing the next day at work. I understand that you are not happy, but I have been trying to actively try to resolve the issue for you. The situation is not as you said
