The product (Crown power amp) came through fine and works as advertised and expected. That said, shipping was not good and wasted several hours of my time. Due to signature required I was left a note to pick up the box at a UPS location, but when I went there, they could not find it. After wasting hours trying to locate it, we finally found it at the wrong UPS location and successfully retrieved it. A rather painful process due to a UPS error.
