    Seller shipped the wrong toaster oven. I contacted seller about the error and they said to keep it or dispose of it. They said they would send my oven right away. That was the only message I received from them. I told seller I had initiated a return. I sent them the incorrect oven back the same day I received it. Extremely poor communication. For almost 2 weeks I tried to contact seller regarding my oven and never received a response. Never received my item and got a refund today unexpectedly.
