Item was not new. Exhaust crossovers had already been drilled. Seller offered new one but wanted me to cut up and destroy this one, then send pictures of destroyed item before they would send new replacement. I refused to do it. Item was advertised with free delivery, once purchased, seller called me on my private phone asking for $30 for delivery.

i ordered this subaru service package, when the order came the fuel additive was opened and it only have 1/4 left (almost empty). if it was leaking the box wouldve been soaked wet but no. i message the seller about it and he called me , he said hes sending another one. after waiting for 2weeks item hasnt came yet. so i message him saying he will check, messaged him again but no more reply. its just unacceptable experience with the seller

Terrible. A complete fraud, and the worst part is the abysmal customer service. There is absolutely no communication, and their behavior is utterly disrespectful. Adding to this frustration, they provide a shipping number to confirm the purchase, but weeks pass without any updates. When I reached out for information, they informed me that it was not available from the manufacturer and suggested I either wait or opt for a refund. I chose to wait, requesting only to be kept informed never came bak
