  The item was as described and was delivered reasonably quickly, unfortunately the delivery driver was not too good. He delivered the item late morning and didn't even ring the doorbell. He stuffed it into my letterbox leaving it more out than in. I watched my RING doorbell footage and thought the item was safely delivered. When I returned home, very late evening, I discovered the parcel hanging out of my letterbox advertising that no one was home. The package was small enough to fit through

  Terrible seller. Marked the item as posted, didn’t leave tracking details, did not get in touch with me. I waited for this to arrive past the estimated date to then contact them myself for them to then say that don’t have the stock and would be a week later. I asked for a refund and was ignored, when I opened a case low and behold they then replied with an excuse of they tried to refund multiple times but failed, yet if this was that case would you not say? Only got my refund through eBay.
