    Seller shipped the wrong item, which is easily visually distinguished from what I ordered. Little to no comms on the return (not so much as an apology was offered). On top of not getting the item that I needed, it’s a huge waste of time for the buyer to have to process a USPS return (repackage the item, print the label, return it to a USPS location). As a rural customer, very big hassle and waste of time and gas to fix this.
